Orange Room
1.5 Years - 2 Years
Christian Wee Learn Center is ready for every milestone with your children. At age two we begin focusing on potty training and more in depth teaching. We keep our parents connected every step of the way by sending home a monthly calendar of activities
A two year old learns best with structure and repetition. Our Orange Room’s day is designed so that the students know what to expect each day. Our circle time and thematic units are filled with fun songs and stories that will help your child’s vocabulary and continue to teach shapes, colors, numbers, etc. At age two, children like to start exploring their independence and doing things on his/her own. In our Orange Room, we foster that independence by allowing them to make choices and start completing simple tasks on their own. In this CWLC Classroom we follow the TN-ELDS and the Tot School as part of our curriculum. It is fun and innovative and allows the students to learn through play. Your child will also continue to learn through sensory experiments and imaginative play. Music and movement and outdoor play are also included in their fun filled day!
Our Orange Classroom is fully equipped with age appropriate toys and activities. All items are sanitized daily using the Zono Sanitizing Machine. Your child will eat off the daycare daily menu each day. If a child cannot eat what is on the weekly menu, a doctor’s note must be provided based on CACFP regulations. You will also need to bring a substitute food item for that day. Parents of each child will receive daily updates on the Brightwheel app as well as pictures and videos when time allows
