Christian Wee Learn Center!
As a ministry of First Baptist Church in Martin, Tennessee we are dedicated to providing quality Christian care and developing each child spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. It is our hope that the learning experiences here will be happy wholesome ones. As parents, you are cordially invited to visit us, ask questions, and make suggestions. The best assurance for the success of your child’s experiences is the relationship of close cooperation and understanding between parents and staff. Our childcare program is designed for children to experience a variety of activities including art, free play, Bible stories, music, and other experiences geared to their developmental level. All of these experiences are designed to promote a child’s awareness of the Christian faith, applications of Christian principles, and Bible teaching in every area of development.

Our Programs
Strawberry Room
6 Weeks - 8 Months
Our Infant program (Strawberries) ensures that babies receive the personal one on one attention that they need to develop trust for the world around them. Infants are held, cuddled, talked to and sang to throughout the day.

Grape Room
6 Months - 15 Months
Once your infant is sitting up or crawling they are moved to the Grape Room and they remain in this room until they can walk. Our Grapes need some independence but still have a strong need for one on one affection and attention.

Cherry Room
12 Months - 24 Months
Our Cherries are walking and have an even greater need for independence. As these little ones start moving, Christian Wee Learn Center's staff will encourage them to explore and discover new things! Monthly meal menu provided

Orange Room
1.5 Years - 2 Years
A two-year-old learns best with structure and repetition. Circle time and thematic units are filled with fun songs and stories that will help your child’s vocabulary and continue to teach shapes, colors, numbers, and the alphabet.

Lemon Room
2 Year Olds
The Lemon's room is much like the Orange room but our two/three years olds are becoming better at sharing, listening and playing in centers. These toddlers have also started using the potty more consistently than their peers.

Blueberry Room
2 Years - 3 Years
Lesson plans become more structured, designed to meet the developmental and social needs of children in our Blueberries Room. Language Arts, Math, Music, and Science concepts are presented in fun and exciting ways through play.

2.5 Years - 3 Years
The Bananas use Tiny Tots and Pocket of Preschool curriculum. Designed to prepare your child for Pre-Kindergarten, they learn letters and letter sounds through monthly themes that incorporate play and fun learning activities.

3 Year Olds
At the age of three the Christian Wee Learn Daycare children begin to learn exciting lessons and engage in hands-on activities. Each child learns to develop physically, emotionally, and socially as they enter new areas of trust!

School Age
The Watermelon Room is for our School-Age Children. They will ride bus #19 to Christian Wee Learn after their normal school day is complete. We have two school-age teachers that will help your child with their homework.

All three of my boys attend CWLC, and we love it! The teachers are so loving and kind, and I enjoy receiving pictures and updates each day on the app. My toddler’s teachers have lesson plans each day, and he is learning so much! My school-age boys enjoy attending the after school and summer programs with playing outside and in the treehouse being their favorite parts. We wouldn’t choose to have our boys anywhere else!

As a working mom, Christian Wee Learn Center is near and dear to me. Every single day I know Addy Cate will learn, grow, and have fun. From braiding her hair to encouraging her to learn new skills- every teacher there treats her like she is their own. Nothing is more important than for your child to be loved on and encouraged and that’s exactly what happens at CWLC. Mrs. Jennifer and Mrs. Caitlyn are amazing to communicate with on any concerns or questions I may have. They have cultivated this family-like atmosphere and it is very apparent the moment you walk through the door. I could not have chosen a more perfect place for Addy Cate to spend her early years.
